Join a supportive team that values your leadership and clinical expertise, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours for training, support, and assessments—compensation starting from $45/hour.Primary ResponsibilitiesTravel to clients’ homes to conduct nursing assessments and document observationsEvaluate and update care plans for clients and caregiversPerform regular and as-needed client assessments to ensure care aligns with evolving needsUse clinical judgment to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs and develop comprehensive, multidisciplinary care plansComplete follow-up assessments in accordance with state and company policiesCollaborate with management to implement and refine procedures that support high-quality client careServe as a resource and mentor to staff, upholding professional nursing standardsAdvocate for client rights and ensure they are respected at all timesMaintain awareness of home safety conditions and promote a strong culture of safetyLead and support caregiver onboarding, training, and orientation through competency-based skills evaluationsCoach caregivers on proper procedures and reinforce safety and care standards consistentlyQualificationsWork effectively as a collaborative team memberMaintain strict confidentiality at all timesCommunicate clearly and professionally with staff, clients, families, referral sources, and community partnersDemonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsProvide direction, instruction, and support to caregivers while on dutyExhibit excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various situationsManage multiple priorities while working both independently and efficientlyRequired Education and ExperienceAssociate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in NursingCurrent, unencumbered Maryland Registered Nurse licenseCPR CertificationCurrent TB TestMust maintain CEU requirements as required by the Board of NursingReliable transportationAbout UsWe are an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC dba Senior Helpers®.
