Responsibilities Registered Nurse provides nursing care to psychiatric patients (children and adolescents) utilizing the established nursing process, including documentation, nursing groups, medication administration, creating a safe therapeutic environment, intervening with disturbed patients, admissions and discharges, and restraint techniques when necessary.
