Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

12-hour night shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Patient ratios are 1:5 for Medsurg, 1:5-6 for Swing Bed, and 1:3-4 for PCU, depending on patient needs.

Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois

Current CPR/BLS certification

ACLS certification

Minimum of 2 years of experience

Provide direct patient care and medication management

Monitor patients' progress and document changes in conditions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and quality care

Lead and participate in unit committees and initiatives

Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
