Requirements 4-6 years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a corporate environment. Mainly focusing on marketing and sales but will support other areas of the business as needed Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience, preferably in Food and Beverage Experience in behavioral and/or competency‑based interviewing and assessments Job Description The Corporate Recruiter plays a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner with hiring managers to provide weekly, data‑driven updates on talent pipeline status, market insights, and candidate feedback to ensure alignment and adjust sourcing strategies as needed Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, diversity goals) to identify bottlenecks, measure ROI, and improve overall hiring efficiency Utilize various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. High level of organization and attention to detail. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS - Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools. Passion for finding and securing top talent.
