Feed Mill Maintenance Supervisor

Description Feed Mill Maintenance Supervisor General Summary Oversee all maintenance activities of a feed mill facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor feed sampling. Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly. Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill. Match feed delivery tickets, etc. Supervisor Responsibilities Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions. Education High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience. Base salary range of $69,135 +/- based on experience. Incentive pay: eligible to participate in the company’s annual bonus plan; the amount varies and is subject to standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
