Director of Investor Relations

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $155,000 to $250,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage investor engagement strategies to support capital raising efforts and long term stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare investor communications, presentations, financial materials, and reporting packages for internal and external audiences.
• Support fundraising activities by coordinating due diligence processes, data rooms, and investor requests.
• Build relationships with investors, financial partners, and industry contacts while serving as a key point of communication.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, market positioning, and corporate growth opportunities.

• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience supporting fundraising initiatives, capital markets activities, or strategic finance projects.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business case development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed and support occasional extended work schedules.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Prior experience working with institutional investors, venture capital firms, private equity groups, or other investment organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a strategic business mindset.
• Previous experience coordinating due diligence efforts, investor materials, and transaction related processes.
• Self motivated, highly organized professional with strong relationship building skills and a proactive approach to achieving results.
