Job Overview Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is hiring a Dance Instructor. The role involves conducting private and group dance classes throughout the week, helping students reach their personal dance goals, and attending events on weekday evenings and weekends as needed. Responsibilities Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. Help students achieve their personal dance goals. Attend events on weekday evenings and weekends to lead classes. Maintain a high-energy, customer-focused teaching style. Requirements Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about dance. Outstanding customer service skills. Understanding of commitment to the work, accountability, and team collaboration. Willingness to accept coaching and feedback. Positive outlook and strong interpersonal skills.
