Here, you’ll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The RoleEngineering and Facilities services is the engine room that keeps us going, a dynamic team that supports the operations of Crown hotels and resorts.We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Engineering team as an Electrician on a Full Time basis (shiftwork is required).As a Shift Electrician, you will be involved in a range of tasks by providing high quality service for all electrical breakdown and maintenance work. In this role, you’ll also provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests by:Being responsible for the effective maintenance, and repairs of all engineering Executing Repairs & Maintenance: Complete assigned repair and preventative maintenance work orders safely, on time, and professionallyTroubleshooting & Fault finding on electrical circuits in a commercial environment including lighting, power and HVAC controlsManage tasks utilizing a computer-based work order system - FMIMinor electrical installations in accordance with Australian StandardsAbout YouThe following attributes are desirable but not essential:Experience in a similar role.Experience with HVAC & Refrigeration controls (desirable)Experience with lighting control systems including emergency lightingWork autonomously and within a team environmentAbility to read wiring diagramsBasic understanding of High Voltage supply networksStrong communication skills and computer proficiencyAdditional InformationTo be successful, you’ll have:Trade qualification required, Western Australian Electrical Licence (with no restrictions).LV Rescue and CPR (Desirable)EWP (Desirable)HV Switching qualification (Desirable)Western Australian Drivers LicenceOpen Availability and happy to work on a Rotating Shift RosterOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
