We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical and Health Services Manager to join our healthcare team. This role will oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities or a specific department, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management for departments or facilities. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies, including local, state, and federal guidelines. Staff Supervision : Recruit, train, and manage healthcare staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. Financial Management : Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance through resource allocation and cost‑effective practices. Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance patient care quality, safety, and service delivery. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience : 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, with strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, operations, and quality standards. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficient in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Knowledgeable in healthcare information systems and data management. Familiar with healthcare regulations, compliance, and risk management. Requirements: Licensure/Certification : Certification as a Certified Medical Manager (CMM), Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional (cHAP), or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred. Technical Proficiency : Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare management software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Meditech). Regulatory Knowledge : In‑depth understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
