Real Estate Portfolio Consultant

Job Description

The Real Estate Portfolio Consultant manages residential property portfolios of medium size, typically ranging from 11 to 50 properties. Reporting directly to the Director of Real Estate, this role involves high levels of direct client interaction and consultation to optimize portfolio performance and meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

Analyze residential real estate portfolios to assess performance and identify opportunities
Consult directly with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored portfolio strategies
Prepare detailed reports on portfolio status, market trends, and recommendations
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management
Expertise in property valuation
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Proficient negotiation skills
Effective problem-solving capabilities
