Job Description: The Med/Surg RN provides care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions or recovering from surgery. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily activities. They collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
