Duration: Direct Hire with benefits

Salary Range based on experience : $54,000 to $66,500 with a 5% bonus

Description :

• Primarily responsible to repair, maintain, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment, plant utilities, plant service equipment, building, ground, etc. There is a large amount of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical work required.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, read electrical diagrams and symbols. Able to read advanced electrical schematics. Must be able to read P& ID drawings, use handheld voltage meter, oscilloscopes, ammeters, etc.
• Familiar with air compressors, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, welding, electrical/electronic equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics and heave manufacturing equipment.
• Responsible for installing special functional and structural parts in devices. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instrumentation. Maintains and repairs air compressors, air dryers, gas systems, alarm system, water and vacuum systems, etc.
• Install hydraulic systems, assemble hydraulic equipment, and perform preventative maintenance. Diagnose and repair hydraulic equipment, including pumps, motors, and related parts. Read blueprints and diagrams to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.

Education:

• Vocational degree or technical school is required or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations

Experience :

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with OSHA Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Experience with Industrial plant electrical wiring and code requirements, troubleshooting, machine mechanical and electrical operation
• Forklift Certification or other mobile equipment such as scissor lifts and jenny booms are preferred
