Job Overview
We are seeking versatile and skilled Mechanics/Service Call Technicians to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. JDS Mobile Medical is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with lift gates, generators, and a working knowledge of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently in the field. On-call availability is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on lift gates and generator systems
- Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC-related issues
- Respond to emergency service calls during on-call shifts
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- On-call availability is essential for this position.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on lift gates and generator systems
