PHYSICIAN SUMMARY We’re looking for a skilled and motivated clinician (NP, PA, PA-C) to provide direct patient care alongside our physicians in a dynamic primary care setting. You’ll play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients while working closely with a team that values collaboration, quality, and compassion. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Order and interpret medical imaging and laboratory tests. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Provide patient education on health management, including telehealth consultations when necessary. Assist in clinical trials by evaluating patient eligibility and monitoring treatment responses. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of physiology and clinical practices related to primary care. Experience or training in telehealth services is preferred. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
