Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN/Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible, including weekends

All Points North (APN) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team on a PRN/part-time basis at our Edwards, Colorado facility. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care in both residential and PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) settings for individuals navigating behavioral health and substance use conditions. You'll be instrumental in delivering comprehensive nursing support while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive integrated, trauma-informed care.

• Assess and monitor vital signs, observe for detox or withdrawal symptoms, and promptly report any clinical changes to the treatment team
• Administer medications accurately, monitor for side effects, and provide comprehensive patient education on prescribed treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect client needs, preferences, and clinical goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate and prepare clients for Plus Services (Ketamine Therapy, Deep TMS, Neurofeedback, HBOT), and monitor them before, during, and after sessions for clinical stability and safety
• Act as a clinical liaison between medical, therapeutic, and Plus Services teams to ensure continuity, safety, and optimal integration into overall care
• Perform and assist with clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and specimen collection
• Educate clients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance techniques in a clear, supportive manner
• Engage in trauma-informed interventions and maintain a respectful, client-centered approach to all care interactions
• Participate in nursing rounds and interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care delivery
• Respond promptly to clinical issues and emergencies using approved crisis intervention protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation (EMR notes, MARs, assessments, outcomes) in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
• Ensure medical supplies are properly stocked and the clinical environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with standards
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, case managers, and Plus Services staff to support holistic, integrated care delivery
• Advocate for clients' rights, preferences, and dignity throughout their treatment experience
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts within the nursing and medical departments
• Pursue continuing education and maintain clinical competency in behavioral health and integrative therapies
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and APN operations

• Consistently delivers accurate, high-quality patient care independently and within established timelines
• Builds effective, respectful working relationships with team members, clients, and key partners
• Identifies and addresses clinical concerns proactively before they escalate
• Maintains required documentation, credentials, training, and compliance standards without exception
• Demonstrates sound clinical judgment and recognizes when issues require escalation or consultation
• Contributes practical ideas that strengthen quality, efficiency, safety, and the client experience

• Current, unrestricted RN license (ADN or BSN in Nursing)
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience in mental health, substance use treatment, detox, or medical-surgical nursing
• Training or demonstrated competency in trauma-informed care and psychiatric nursing
• Demonstrated ability to manage patient care responsibilities independently and prioritize competing clinical needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to educate clients and collaborate with diverse teams
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to recognize when a patient issue requires escalation
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends as required
• High moral and ethical values with appropriate interpersonal and professional boundaries

• Experience in integrated care models or dual diagnosis treatment
• Familiarity with Plus Services (Ketamine Therapy, Deep TMS, Neurofeedback, HBOT, or similar modalities)
• Experience in both residential and PHP treatment settings
• Advanced certification in psychiatric nursing or addiction nursing
• Experience supporting or mentoring newer clinical staff
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
