This role is accountable for acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships through consultative engagement, needs-based guidance supported by deep product knowledge and disciplined execution while upholding TD's risk and regulatory standards.Depth & Scope:Cultivates and sustains long term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location; responsible for identifying opportunities that deepen client relationships that allow clients to meet their financial objectivesProactively engages in client conversations with curiosity, actively listening and accurately capturing information while leveraging TD systems and tools to identify appropriate client solutions and next best actions, ensuring consistent follow-through across all client commitments, including partner hand-offsConsistently leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities, establishing credibility and deepening relationships. Leads purposeful, goals-based discovery with confidence, uncovering both expressed and unexpressed client needs through advanced questioning and active listeningApplies strong banking and financial knowledge to interpret client needs and validate understanding.
