Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Renal) Location Augusta, GA Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to an adult and geriatric population on a Renal Medical Surgical unit Manage a patient ratio of 1:5–6 within a 49-room unit with an average daily census of 48 Utilize Epic for electronic health record documentation and Pyxis for medication management Communicate effectively using SBAR methodology with the interdisciplinary care team Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed Work every other weekend and adhere to the facility's holiday coverage expectations Required Qualifications Active RN licensure in Georgia or a Compact state Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (first-time travelers accepted) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Proficiency with Epic (required) and Pyxis Ability to meet full compliance requirements prior to start date Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a Renal Medical Surgical setting Familiarity with SBAR communication in an acute care environment Why Join Us First-time travelers are welcome, making this an excellent opportunity to launch your travel nursing career No on-call requirements, providing a more predictable and balanced schedule Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 774568.
