Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Overview Aurora Behavior Services is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is ready to deepen their clinical impact and grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for a BCBA with at least two years of independent experience who values strong systems, clear expectations, and a workplace that prioritizes clinical quality, accountability, and people. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Valid Behavior Analyst License in the state of Georgia. Have 2+ years of BCBA experience and are confident owning cases independently Care deeply about clinical decision-making, not just checking boxes Want to mentor and develop staff, not simply supervise them Are looking for a workplace that grows leaders, not just billable hours Value collaboration, professionalism, and thoughtful communication Responsibilities Conduct assessments and lead development of individualized treatment plans Oversee implementation of behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs in a way that builds skill and confidence Use data to guide meaningful, ethical clinical decisions Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary partners Participate in clinical discussions, case reviews, and leadership development opportunities Contribute to a clinic culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, innovation, growth, and belonging Aurora operates in a fully digital clinical and administrative environment. BCBAs must be technologically proficient and comfortable navigating multiple platforms, including CentralReach (Institute and Assessments), Asana, Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint, and ADP.
