Our client, a well-established logistics and customs brokerage company, is seeking an experienced Customs Entry Writer to join their team.

Candidates should have experience processing customs entries, in-bonds, customs documentation (7501/3461), and logistics paperwork. FTZ experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customs entries and in-bonds accurately and on time

• Review invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents

• Coordinate transportation and shipment movement

• Maintain customs records and compliance documentation

• Support customers with brokerage and logistics inquiries

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customs Brokerage experience

• Experience with entries, in-bonds, and customs documentation

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay

• Pay Range around $19 depending on experience

• Higher pay available for candidates with strong Customs Brokerage experience
