Department Marketing Position Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing compelling visual communications that support Rockford Fosgate's brand, products, and marketing initiatives across print, digital, environmental, and promotional channels. This role creates high-quality creative assets including advertising campaigns, catalogs, product packaging, social media content, sales materials, trade show graphics, vehicle wraps, apparel, and internal communications. Working closely with marketing, product management, sales, and external partners, the Graphic Designer ensures all creative output is visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Design print, digital, and advertising campaigns across multiple channels Develop catalogs, brochures, product literature, and other marketing materials Create social media graphics and digital marketing assets Design product packaging and related visual assets Develop logos, branding elements, and campaign creative Produce sales collateral and customer-facing materials Design internal presentations and communications materials Create vehicle graphics and wraps for cars, boats, and UTVs Develop trade show, event, and environmental graphics Support apparel and accessory design initiatives Assist with photography and image editing when needed Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience Proficiency preparing files for commercial printing and production Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for print and digital applications Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative and technical design expertise Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, events, and photo shoots (greater than 10%) Core Competencies Creative design and visual storytelling Brand management and consistency Typography, layout, and production design Print and digital media expertise Creative problem-solving Cross-functional collaboration Project and deadline management Attention to detail and quality control Visual communication and presentation skills Success in This Role Success in this role is measured by the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of creative deliverables; the ability to execute projects on schedule; the successful support of product launches, campaigns, and company initiatives; adherence to brand standards; and the positive impact creative work has on customer engagement, brand perception, and business performance.
