As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Response Driver in Clayton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $16.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Complete detailed reports, maintain accurate daily activity logs, and communicate observations or security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
