It is part of Saks Global's portfolio of world-class luxury retailers and real estate assets.YOU WILL BE:As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization. You will perform operational, daily tasks to support store sales, profitability and enhance the customer experience. You report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers including:Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freightFulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer ordersComplete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followedMerchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once markedReticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processesResponsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenanceUnder the guidance and direction of Managers and Visual, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage, while ensuring standards are followed.Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activationsFollow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areasWHAT YOU WILL BRING:•1+ year of retail experience•Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality•Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite•Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds•Associates must work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidaysYOUR LIFE AND CAREER AT NEIMAN MARCUS:•Opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformation•Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporate•Comprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)•An amazing employee discountSALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS: Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
