Production Technician

Production TechnicianThe Production Technician is responsible for building complex rehab equipment based on the order specifications received from ATPs and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed.Key responsibilities include preparing equipment for delivery according to the order specifications, assuring the assembled equipment matches the order specifications, assisting with receiving as needed, assisting with maintaining an organized warehouse, sustaining a clean, organized and safe work environment in the shop/warehouse, participating in physical inventory counts and reconciliation, utilizing Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion's mission, adhering to employee and customer confidentiality and complying with Numotion's policies and federal regulations, and providing excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.Required qualifications, skills, and experience include a high school diploma/GED in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience, one year experience in relevant mechanical experience, and basic computer skills (word processing, email, Excel, and internet).Preferred competencies and qualifications include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, proficiency in using hand and power tools, experience with assembly of medical equipment, and warehouse inventory.Physical work requirements include frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associate with computer equipment, prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer, occasionally move and reach with arms and hands, ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, ability to communicate effectively, and ability to work overtime as needed.At Numotion, we offer competitive compensation packages, including medical, dental and vision insurance, short and long term disability, a 401k and life insurance.
