Business Operations Coordinator

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated  Business Operations Coordinator to help grow our network of Independent Contractors (ICs) and service vendors throughout Central Kentucky. 

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, setting appointments, and developing new business opportunities. You'll recruit commercial cleaning companies and contractors, guide them through our onboarding process, and help support our growing operations team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Recruit commercial cleaning companies and service vendors 

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities 

• Schedule and attend appointments with prospective partners 

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified contractors 

• Assist with onboarding and vendor setup 

• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

• Comfortable making outbound calls 

• Sales, recruiting, customer service, or business development experience preferred 

• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
