AI Engineer

AI Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance marketing performance, automate workflows, and generate actionable insights. This role will work closely with our marketing, data, and development teams to integrate AI into client campaigns and internal systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for marketing applications (e.g., customer segmentation, predictive analytics, personalization engines)
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI initiatives
• Integrate AI solutions into existing marketing platforms and tools
• Collaborate with marketing strategists to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability
• Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices
• Document processes, models, and workflows for internal use

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with data processing and analysis (SQL, Pandas, etc)
• Understanding of APIs and system integration
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in marketing technology or digital marketing analytics
• Familiarity with NLP, recommendation systems, or generative AI
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices
