Responsibilities
- Manage the fleet of loaner vehicles for GM and CJD
- Check customers in/out of loaners
- Thoroughly handle any damaged loaner with customer or insurance
- Work with management on new loaner acquisition and grounding
- Send a daily email with updated loaner status for both fleets
- Manage any other assorted duties regarding loaner vehicles
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality with customers and employees
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and typing ability
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with customers and employees
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
