THE ROLE
- Deliver a luxury client experience while acting as a true brand ambassador
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall store success
- Build and maintain a loyal client book through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Provide personalized styling and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Support visual merchandising, stock management, and daily boutique operations
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service, and professionalism
PERSONAL PROFILE
- 1-3+ years of experience within luxury, premium, or contemporary retail
- Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and client service
- Strong sales mindset with experience building long-term client relationships
- Confident working toward individual and team sales targets
- Polished communication skills and professional presentation
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
