Associate Director, Medical Affairs

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Director, Medical Affairs to work remotely, who will manage the creation and optimization of scientific content that supports medical strategies and enhances communication with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Drive the creation of global scientific communication platforms and develop high-quality, scientifically accurate content for various audiences Support the development of publications, including congress materials and manuscripts, ensuring consistency in scientific messaging Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with strategic objectives and manage timelines for multiple content projects Required Qualifications Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MS preferred) 5+ years of experience in medical communications or scientific writing in the biotech/pharma industry Strong understanding of medical affairs functions and processes Proficiency in content management systems and document review platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault) Familiarity with compliance standards (ICMJE, GPP, FDA/EMA regulations)
