Support and help lead deck crew in daily onboard tasks
Perform routine vessel maintenance and upkeep
Ensure compliance with all company safety, security, and operational procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced, offshore environment
Positive attitude and strong team mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Why Join Us

Work on modern, high-performance vessels in the offshore wind industry
Be part of a tight-knit, motivated crew that values teamwork and professionalism
Hands-on role with real responsibility and opportunities to grow
Join a company operating at the forefront of maritime and renewable energy
