Automotive Porter

Behind every great-looking lot is a great team keeping it that way. We're looking for a dependable Automotive Porter to help keep our vehicle inventory organized and our dealership lot running safely and efficiently. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable outdoors, and wants to be part of a high-energy automotive team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles by comparing serial numbers against invoices; document any damage or missing accessories on the delivery receipt.
• Park new and sold vehicles in designated areas to keep the lot organized and maximize space.
• Catalog and store vehicle keys; assign stock control numbers to incoming inventory.
• Move sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department as directed.
• Service stored vehicles as needed to maintain tires, batteries, and vehicle finishes.
• Operate all company vehicles safely, maintaining legal driving speeds on the lot and on the road at all times.
• Maintain lot safety and cleanliness in compliance with OSHA standards.

Schedule and Compensation

• Starting pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• 5-day work week with every Sunday off

Requirements

• No prior automotive experience required — we'll train you.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record (required) .
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded with a good eye for detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active throughout the shift.
