Seeking BE/BC Critical Care Physician to join a well-established, high-performing team as a Nocturnist. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with robust specialty support while delivering advanced, patient-centered care within a growing healthcare system.

• Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs
• 7/7 Schedule (7p-7a)
• No clinic responsibilities
• 24/7 APP Support
• Primary location: 67 ICU/CCU Beds
• Secondary location: 7 ICU Beds

Opportunity Details

• Base Salary: $578,340
• Recruitment incentive: $75,000
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Annual CME allowance: $6,000
• Malpractice with tail coverage
• Retirement options (403B with 6.5% match + 457B)
