We are a fast-paced medical office committed to delivering exceptional patient care, efficient service, and a welcoming environment. We are seeking a Spanish-bilingual Front Desk Receptionist who is dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking patients.

Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and check them in/out efficiently

• Answer high-volume phone calls and assist patients in both English and Spanish

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Collect necessary documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed

• Assist with referrals, authorizations, and general office tasks

• Provide clear communication between patients, providers, and staff

• Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with computers and office software

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
