Senior Data Engineer with Secret Clearance

Providing technical leadership and oversight, the full-time Senior Data Engineer with Secret Clearance will conceptualize data architecture strategies, manage data pipeline integrations, and lead the modernization of legacy data structures in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and articulate alternative technical approaches to data architecture, validating designs against federal requirements Oversee the development of new data source integrations utilizing Python, Scala, or Java Lead the transformation of legacy data structures into cloud-native data solutions optimized for AWS GovCloud Required Qualifications: Active U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10-12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8-10 years, or a PhD with 5-7 years of experience Extensive hands-on proficiency in implementing cloud-native data solutions within AWS/AWS GovCloud Deep knowledge of SQL database technologies for schema design and complex querying Expert proficiency with Git, data pipeline orchestration tools, and CI/CD pipelines in an automated environment
