You have been selected to play an integral role in providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests, and in doing so, contribute to the overall success of the company. Our Member Services Team provides the first impression of who we are to anyone who enters our space and is there to greet, acknowledge, and assist all members and guests.Our Member Services Team is the heartbeat of our club. You will be responsible for:Ensuring that all members and guest check in and have active membershipsOverseeing guest and member traffic flowCollecting dues and updating billing when appropriateMonitoring and addressing membership alertsAssisting members and guests with all inquiries and concernsReporting all issues in a timely mannerContributing to maintaining the club-wide standards of cleanlinessAnswering phone calls and directing the appropriatelyHelping integrate members into the club (completing profile, taking photos, distributing barcodes)Assisting other departments when necessaryAttending all required meetingsMaintaining an active and working knowledge of Cowboys Fit as a company, as well as all services and promotionsBeing proficient in policies ad directives as outlined in the Member Services PlaybookYour daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings, late nights and weekends.
