Background:

• 3+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions
• Obtaining, preparing and/or filing documents, certificates, statements, amendments and forms
• Forming limited liability companies and other entities
• Preparing and tracking closing checklists from letter of intent through completion of closing binders for commercial loans and acquisitions/dispositions
• Review due diligence materials
