The Elder Automotive Group - Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant as our business continues to grow. Join a team of dedicated and talented individuals, collaborate, and make an immediate impact. Responsibilities and Duties Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. Build strong rapport with customers. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/pre‑owned vehicles. Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in automotive sales. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
