About the Role

This role requires a strategic leader who can provide insights and ensure compliance and operational excellence, as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOX regulations and IT advancements. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in SOX compliance or related roles. A preferred 12 years' of experience in compliance, IT infrastructure, or asset management is also noted. The role demands a strong knowledge of SOX regulations and IT infrastructure processes, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential, as is the willingness to travel quarterly for organizational events. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic professional, capable of fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals in a remote work environment.
