About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing wealth management and financial planning firm that is expanding its advisor presence in the Tampa market and hiring multiple Financial Advisors as part of that growth.

This is a true financial advisory and planning opportunity with a major difference from many traditional advisor roles:

You do not have to build your own pipeline.

An established internal marketing and lead-generation team handles prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Qualified prospective clients are placed directly on your calendar, allowing you to spend your time where you can make the greatest impact — understanding the client's financial picture, developing strategies, providing advice, and ultimately earning the client relationship.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor who enjoys the consultative and relationship-building side of wealth management , has the ability to close new business, but would prefer to spend less time cold prospecting.

What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified prospective clients provided through the firm's internal lead-generation platform
• Conduct comprehensive discovery to understand each client's financial situation, goals, concerns, and retirement objectives
• Develop and present financial planning and wealth-management strategies
• Advise clients across areas including investments, retirement income, financial planning, estate considerations, tax strategies, and insurance
• Educate prospective clients and clearly communicate financial recommendations
• Build trust, address questions and objections, and convert qualified prospects into long-term client relationships
• Grow assets under management through successful new-client acquisition
• Develop lasting advisory relationships and provide ongoing financial guidance
• Participate in educational presentations and seminars as appropriate

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Consultant, or similar client-facing advisory professional
• Active Series 65 and/or Series 66 or equivalent applicable licensing
• CFP® designation is highly valued
• Demonstrated financial planning and wealth-management experience
• Proven ability to develop and close new client relationships
• Experience bringing in new AUM, consolidating outside assets, or growing client relationships
• Strong consultative communication and presentation skills
• Retirement planning experience is a plus
• Seminar or public-speaking experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to build credibility and trust quickly with prospective clients

Compensation

The compensation model is designed to reward performance and provides significant upside:

• $75,000 minimum guaranteed Year 1 draw
• Performance-based compensation above the draw
• Uncapped earning potential
• Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $250,000–$350,000+
• Qualified prospective client appointments are provided
