Strategic Account Sales Representative – Promotional Products 

Location – Norco, CA

Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 annually plus commission and bonus opportunity

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to expand sales of E-Z UP custom-branded products within the promotional products industry. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturer representative groups that resell custom E-Z UP products to corporate, hospitality, event, and promotional clients.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in promotional products, branded merchandise, hospitality sales, or channel development and possesses proven leadership and team management experience. This individual will play a key role in growing strategic reseller partnerships, supporting sales teams, and driving revenue across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales growth of E-Z UP custom products including canopies, shelters, flags, tables, banners, outdoor displays, and branded event solutions.
• Develop and grow relationships with promotional products distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturer representative organizations.
• Identify and onboard new partners within targeted territories and vertical markets.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Promotional Products Industry 

• Build relationships within the ASI, PPAI, and SAGE distributor network communities.
• Educate distributors and reseller partners on product customization capabilities, decoration methods, pricing structures, and production timelines.
• Assist channel partners with quoting, presentations, mockups, and proposal development.
• Support promotional campaigns, new product launches, and strategic account initiatives.
• Assist in developing sales strategies, account plans, and growth initiatives across assigned regions or markets.
• Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance management activities.
• Help foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture focused on revenue growth.

Training & Industry Engagement

• Conduct virtual and in-person product training sessions for distributors, sales reps, and reseller teams.
• Represent the company at promotional products industry trade shows, hospitality events, and regional sales meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive products, and evolving customer needs.
• Use digital sales tools and analytics to identify growth opportunities, monitor pipeline activity, and support strategic decision-making. 
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and best practices that support modern sales and channel management processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in promotional products, hospitality sales, or branded merchandise industries.
• Proven experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturer representative organizations.
• Strong understanding of the promotional products industry including ASI, PPAI, and SAGE platforms.
• Team leadership or sales management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing partnerships and growing revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted sales platforms, analytics tools, and digital prospecting technologies.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
