Mechanical Designer

About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with CAD software, an understanding of electrical and sheet metal design, and thrives in a collaborative, manufacturing-based environment. What You’ll Do Create part, welding, and assembly drawings for custom-designed medium voltage switchgear Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues during fabrication and assembly Recommend design improvements for cost-efficiency and quality Interpret and revise engineering documentation Use AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor for schematic and mechanical design What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting or design Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor Understanding of circuit and sheet metal design Ability to read and produce schematics and technical drawings Knowledge of electrical engineering principles (preferred) Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Drafting/CAD (or equivalent experience) Korean language skills are a plus Soft Skills Strong communication skills Positive attitude and work ethic Problem-solving ability Works well under pressure Organized and dependable Team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
