Job Information Title : Seasonal/Temporary Material Handler-Days (FHD) Location : USA - Malta, 6 Stone Break Road Division : Solutions Type : Full Time Position Summary The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Picking Responsibilities Use a pallet jack to pick orders accurately and efficiently to meet client demands. Stage products in the appropriate areas. Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products per client requirements, following the Standard Operating Procedures. Quality Control Responsibilities Use proper documentation to ensure products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly. Verify that products and orders meet quality standards and report any damages or discrepancies. Stack, package, shrink‑wrap, and label products; follow the Standard Operating Procedures. Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance Execute all safety protocols and accomplish job tasks in a manner that promotes safety. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and assist in security of the warehouse. Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards. Equipment Operation Use equipment such as a pallet jack to perform assigned duties. Maintain equipment and report any problems. Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, following prescribed work methods. Maintenance Perform or assist in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned. Work overtime as required; may be mandatory or voluntary. Supervisory Responsibilities None Minimum Required Qualifications Education and Experience Must have a high school diploma or general educational development (GED). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations None Other Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months, ranging from mild to moderate. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Computer Skills None Language Skills English (reading, writing, verbal) Mathematical Skills Basic to intermediate level for verifying quantities, counting inventory, and other duties related to handling, storing, and distributing client products. Other Strong attention to detail; accuracy; ability to accomplish tasks promptly. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance. Must effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast‑paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Current or prior MHE certification. Physical Demands Occasionally: Handling/Fingering, Sitting. Frequently: Bending. Constantly: Walking and Standing. Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 21-50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, kneel. Work Environment The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is usually low to moderate. Actual compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
