Shift: MondayFriday, 2:55 PM10:55 PM

Pay: $18.73/hour on W2 + Weekly Pay + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits

Contract: 6+ months

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Machine Operator to operate card production equipment and help produce high-quality debit and credit cards. This is a great opportunity to work with a multinational company serving the aerospace, defense, transportation, and security industries.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor card production machines
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report production or quality issues
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow safety, security, and production procedures
• Work with team members, technicians, and supervisors to meet production goals
• Use basic computer skills to complete work-related tasks
• Attend required training and meetings

Requirements:

• Basic computer and math skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• 13 years of mechanical or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
