Description of Position Community based behavioral health clinic seeks a master’s level clinician to provide individual counseling services through our Adult Outpatient Program in our Taunton clinic. Services are provided via telehealth and in-person sessions. The Adult Outpatient Clinician provides a broad range of clinical services for mental health clients, including formulating independent psychosocial diagnosis and treatment plans and providing ongoing individual therapy. Clinicians work with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, care coordinators, recovery coaches, peer support specialists, nurses, and more to provide comprehensive client care. Regular supervision toward licensure, staff meetings, and access to a virtual library of trainings support training and professional development. Responsibilities Conducting biopsychosocial evaluations Providing individual psychotherapy Developing treatment plans Using standardized outcome measures Engaging clients in brief crisis counseling and individualized risk management/safety planning Participating in scheduled clinical supervision, staff meetings, and staff development and training curriculum Keeping EHR calendar up to date to support centralized scheduling Supportive Environment Clinical supervision toward licensure Support available in difficult situations Training in evidence-based practices Support for clinician skill development BIPOC and LBTQIA+ affinity groups Growth opportunities within the organization Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology, social work, education, or related field Independent license eligible (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) Experience working with adults with mental health challenges Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn and seek guidance as needed Good organizational skills, plus effective verbal, written, and computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Counseling of Bristol County
