As a commission-driven HVAC Technician, you'll handle both residential and commercial HVAC systems, from maintenance and repairs to new replacement and IAQ sales. This isn't just technical work; it's also a customer-focused, sales-driven role where you educate clients and recommend solutions. Daily Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and install parts for HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients, offering ancillary products including duct renovations, indoor air quality, water heaters and attic insulation.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems and advise on upgrades
• Leverage your sales skills to promote system improvements and new installations
• Provide excellent customer service, building trust with each client interaction
• Complete work on electronic work orders filling in work notes, customer details and before and after photos

Job requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driver's record
• Ability to work with residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
