Job Title: Telemetry Med/Surg Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days + Call Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Must be willing to float if needed. - Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions. - Must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility. - No more than 3 days of requested time off may be requested during the contract. - Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply. Description: This position is for a nurse specializing in telemetry med/surg. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to adult patients. The nurse must be flexible and willing to float to other areas if necessary. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compliance with vaccination requirements is mandatory. The nurse must adhere to the policies regarding time off and shift cancellations.
