Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated

Weekends are Saturday and Sunday.

Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**.

**Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract.

* * RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Wednesdays during orientation.

OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass.

Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated * *.

****will not approve blocked scheduling unless it's weekends only, I can ask.

They also will not take duos that want same schedule or share car.

*Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS*.

- # of Beds: 33 beds, average daily census is 16.

- Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 for adults.

- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Trauma, cardiac, overdose/substance abuse, Adults sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, respiratory distress.

- Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes.

- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Any cardiac drip, insulin, sedation.
