You will work with Engineering, Product Development, GOE, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Customer teams to drive manufacturing innovation, operational excellence, and successful product launches across all phases of the product lifecycle.You will:Lead NPI strategy and execution for AI Rack products from concept through sustained production, establishing manufacturing readiness plans, qualification strategies, and deployment roadmapsDrive deployment of complex AI Rack systems — including compute, networking, storage, and liquid cooling technologies — ensuring processes are capable, scalable, and aligned with future AI product roadmapsProvide expert guidance on advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled operational improvements while developing technical standards and best practicesPartner cross-functionally and coordinate executive-level communications on program status, deployment risks, and mitigation plans to drive decisions and execution across global organizationsChampion AI-driven solutions and data-driven decision making to improve NPI deployment quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer experienceTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline12+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, new product introduction, or technology deployment environmentsDemonstrated experience leading complex infrastructure, server, data center, AI, or enterprise technology product deployments from concept through productionStrong technical leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution across global organizationsExperience in manufacturing readiness, product industrialization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologiesDesirable RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations Management, Business, or a related fieldExperience with AI infrastructure, HPC, liquid-cooled systems, digital manufacturing, automation, Industry 4.0, or AI-enabled operational transformation initiativesHere's our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
