Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for managing and growing a key strategic account within the critical infrastructure sector (oil, gas, and energy). This role centers on serving as the primary point of contact for one high-value customer, overseeing the ongoing management, optimization, and expansion of their security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.

The SAE builds strong, long-term client relationships by deeply understanding the customer's operational and security needs, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives. Working closely with a team that includes support from two engineers, the SAE coordinates resources to deliver high-quality service, drive continuous improvement, and identify opportunities for system enhancements or expansion.

This role emphasizes account stewardship, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth within the existing account, while maintaining a proactive approach to identifying additional value and revenue opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing (And Doing Well!)

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, working toward quarterly and annual targets.
• Conduct research to identify new leads and expand business within existing accounts.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving security needs and align solutions accordingly.

Product Knowledge & Solution Delivery

• Present and demonstrate the company's security solutions, aligning them with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure

• Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both client needs and company objectives.
• Ensure contract terms are met and maintain accurate documentation.

Market Insight & Feedback

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Provide client feedback to product teams to support innovation and product enhancements.

What We Like About You:

Sales & Account Management

• Prior sales experience, ideally within the security or technology industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value accounts.

Communication & Negotiation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in negotiating complex contracts and presenting compelling solutions to clients.

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with security products and solutions is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate security services.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $93,100 - $170,900. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus or commission in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
