QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED
Completed ETS Parapro Assessment with a passing score of 460 or higher or;
Completed WorkKeys Assessment with a passing score or;
Associate's/Bachelor's Degree or;
Completed Michigan Tests for Teacher Certification (MTTC) with a passing grade in relevant subject area(s)

REPORTS TO : Jenna O'Driscoll, Reese Elementary Principal

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with individual/small groups of students, supporting them with classroom instruction
Supporting special education students with academic support throughout the day
Additional duties as assigned

COMPENSATION:

Starting pay $15.00. Nine (9) paid holidays. Per RPSPA Agreement

EVALUATION:

Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
