Territory Sales Manager

The responsibility of the IMETCO Architectural Sales Representative is to represent IMETCO to all customer accounts in a protected geographical territory. As an IMETCO Representative, you are your own boss researching territories; planning and implementing strategies; and developing, expanding, and servicing a base of business. You will work with a team of IMETCO Representatives, and engineers, designers, and affiliate companies; to provide best-in-class solutions and products for the building envelope. This role requires an estimated 50% travel to cover the sales territory in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho to attend client visits, lunch and learns, professional associations, and trade shows Regular use of CRM, Microsoft Office, and other software Client Outreach, business development and cold calling Preforming AIA accredited presentations This role will be a healthy mix of account management and new business development providing customers and other cross functional sales team members technical expertise on IMETCO metal building products Participating in Specifying IMETCO products in Architectural plans CHARACTER TRAITS Service first mentality Take charge and aggressive Highly independent Success and commission driven By nature a cooperative attitude REQUIREMENTS Minimum of five years of Architectural sales experience (walls, windows, cladding, etc.) College degree is preferred Must have a technical sales background Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent sales skills History of success and positive earnings Strong work ethic Basic computer skills Company Background Since its inception in 1994, IMETCO has been a technological leader in the metal roofing and metal wall cladding industry for the Architectural and Commercial Construction communities.
